Initially site was encroached by local people. Encroachment on the major part of land was removed with help of education department and Delhi Police on 22.03.2022. Partly site handed over to the agency for boundary wall and building construction on 23.03.2022. Due to High Court stay order dated 30.08.2022, work was stopped in disputed area. SDM Dwarka issued his order on 21.03.2023. After which work also started in the area which was earlier under dispute. Both Blocks of school building have been completed. Work of swimming pool is in progress.
